This book is a compilation of workouts that I have trained my students with for more than 12 years. The movements, training strategies and routines are a direct result of more than 40 years training, teaching and competing. 

These workouts are designed with a progression in mind. Not to say that as an Advanced “Girevik” (Kettlebell Lifter) it’s wrong to perform the Beginner Workouts, as a matter of fact it’s highly recommended. You will be able to use heavier weight and execute the movements more proficiently, yielding a better workout than when you were a beginner.

The workouts are designed to be accomplished in less than an hour and should be done 3 times per week. The Kettlebell portion should be completed in 35 to 40 minutes with 7 to 12 minutes dedicated to Body Weight, Mobility and Stretching.
